Over the years, I created as an architect, that is, an artist working on the border between art and technology.
This work gave great experience in bringing my own ideas to life.
After years of making my clients' dreams come true, I decided to pursue my personal passions - to create products with my own hands in harmony with nature and the history of the place where I come from, and most importantly in harmony with myself.
I gave up my profession as an architect, and the experience I have gathered over the years is now paying off in the creation of our honeys at Augustowska Miodosytnia.

For me, the idea of the Augustow Meadery is an extension of my passion for beekeeping. I am restoring traditions that shaped generations of our ancestors, and then fell into oblivion. For me personally, the meadery is a place where I can realize myself professionally in harmony with my own conscience and nature, because in contact with nature, profit is not the most important thing.I knew this already in 2013, when I made my first hive with my own hands. When it was spontaneously populated by bees I understood what I wanted to associate my life with.
